Show Notes

We live as superorganisms, multigenerational colonies of independently perceptive and creative individuals that fundamentally depend on one another to regenerate the future. Like individual ants, we are genetically and behaviorally unique, with our own roles and skills, but we share the costs and benefits of reproducing the future. Shared purpose, future, work, and wealth. These are the hallmarks of superorganisms. The dictum ‘’It takes a village’' has never made more sense. It is of the utmost importance to understand human nature and living systems so that we can rehumanize life and work, restore human ecological participation in local ecosystems, and grow diversity, exchange, and opportunity. We invited Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker, a sought-after speaker, evolutionary anthropologist, and author of the Amazon best-selling book TEEMING (widely regarded as the defining work on Organizational Biomimicry), to join us this time. Dr. Tamsin is a consultant working with companies like CISCO, as well as entrepreneurs, leaders, and agents of change that want to re-imagine work that works for us as human beings.
